Description Overview: The Ei146E Optical Smoke Alarm is a mains powered alarm with a 9V Alkaline battery back-up and contains a large, proven optical smoke chamber. In addition the alarm has an Easi-fit base and a built-in mesh screen to reduce insect and dust contamination. The alarm has a 10-year lifespan and can be optimized to wirelessly interconnect to other Aico devices. However this may require the use of a ‘RadioLINK’ base to achieve.
